Thanks for your reply Dave, I did look at the Danish site but was confused as to what was the correct stripe and spacing for my 1938 tank. --still confused.

Well I have just about finished the square four restoration apart from putting the stripes on the tank. With help from the forum I have details of the 3M tape type and the correct gold paint but I still are not sure of the widths and spacing of the actual stripes ----Could someone on the Forum help ...

Thanks for your reply Mick, this was my dad's bike who ran it for many years with a side car and still with the original BA gearbox and clutch--Yes the ball is in place and is still too short but the 13-7/16" push rod seems about right.
