Rodney,
I can only help in terms of the equivalent single. The cammy in the brochure appears the same.
If the guard is ribbed - singles were - it isn't hinged. The rear section bolts on.

hi brenton in the parts book it states 1935 hinged rear guard so I presume it the 36 would be hinged also
but what I need to know is the tail section plain or pattern
thanks rod

Oops, sorry about that Rodney.
The funniest thing happened. I went out to check the bolt together rear section on my '37 guard and it has miraculously become a hinge.. :o I was confusing it with an earlier guard. No excuse but brain fade.
Hopefully a Cammy owner will know about the section / style.

Can tell you after new year. I have very original 1936 cammy but in storage and I am travelling from tomorrow. Guard is ribbed and I am pretty sure hinged but will confirm.

If you look at the original photo I sent, you can see the shape of the tail of the rear guard. It is not flat. I will take a better photo when I visit my storage site next.

Here you go. A pointy tail. Hope this helps. Let me know if you want me to trace the shape.
