Success, sprocket out, and the movement is easier to see

Hi

That looks OK, the spacer is there and when the spindle nut is torqued up it should clamp the bearing inner to the spindle. If the sprocket still moves it must be loose on the bearing outer or the bearing be seriously knackered. Do let us know.

Looking at the video, the shaft seems to be sliding through the bearing or the bearing is sliding through the sprocket. A video from the rear would help.

Thinking about the movement in the previous video, I wonder whether the bearing is not the correct size (too thin) or perhaps the shaft has been turning in the bearing because the bearing is seized?

Possibly, but so is mine I think. I'm sure the stub axle/spacer/bearing combo would pull up tight with that washer missing.

You could reassemble the stub axle and sprocket, now with the chain case out of the way, it will be much easier to see what is going on.
