Yesterday I bought a pail Gear Grease.

Draganfly writes These gearboxes should be filled initially with 1 ¾ lbs (800 gms) of grease or grease/oil mixture and ¼ pint (570 ml) added every 2000 miles (3200 kms).
Hmmm, short calculation: i lose 50 ml every 280 km. After 28000 is the pail with 5 kg grease empty :D

Today my friend Kees and I made two centre stands for our both 4F’s. I’m no happy with the genuine centre stand hinge construction. I investigated the centre stand of my BMW K1100 and we made the same kind of hinges as BMW. It’s working fine. No more wear on the Ariel frame anymore.

That's a very robust looking stand Marco, were you not tempted to put on a larger foot lifting arm to assist with the weight or does it roll on the stand quite easily?
Very nice work Steve.

A longer foot lifting arm will bend and touch the exhaust silencer. There is on the Ariel not enough room for a good working foot lifting arm as my BMW. A longer and better version will touch the road curvy roads. I can catch the lifting arm with my boot and push it away from me while lifting the bike. It does not roll easy on the stand. You have to be strong when you use the centre stand, the bike has a weight of 199 kg without accessories. My friend makes coming week a handgrip for our bikes to lift easier.
