This is the best place for it, unless you don't mind it being in plain sight. What you need is one of these. You then give this tool to a young person and get him to lie on the ground.

I agree. Mine is under there too, and yes it's not the easiest but you can get some decent ground clearance with it up there.

I'm embarrassed to say that I lived with a persistent drip for months - years possibly - before I realised it wasn't done up tight enough! Where do I get that tool from?!
