Will clean easily with Kero. Looks as if there's been a weld there. Nev

It´s already cleaned but I have no other photo now. Unfortunately my garage is not next to my appartment.
I´ll give an update with a better photo soon also with regards to what Rob mentioned.

The mod is to reduce the oil supply to the rockers, the pipes you show are the feed and return from/to the oil tank, don't restrict those! I believe Draganfly are about to start making the special stud for the rocker supply 5178-57

Hi Martin,
From your photo, you have a stud with a domed nut on it immediately below the oil lines as the photo is taken.
Usually you will have a small banjo union which then has a copper pipe leading up to the spider rocker feed on the head (why I call it a spider, I don’t know, it only has 4 legs).
From this union, the rockers are pressure fed oil, which can lead to over oiling and hence your problem.
As Roger suggests, there is a method to restrict this flow by way of a special stud, however, what I have done is to plumb a T piece in to the main oil return line, and put a restrictor in the oil tank to provide a small amount of back pressure so that the rockers are fed oil returning to the tank rather than pressurised oil.
If I get chance, I’ll take some photos to show what I mean.
Rob

Today I made a better photo showing the banjo unit and the pipe leading to the spider rocker feed mentioned by Roger and Rob.
The special stud described in the Bulletin is not longer available at Draganfly.

Iain has just confirmed that Draganfly will be making the 5178-57 stud very soon, it is about to pass from the design stage to the manufacturing stage.
