I've been asked to commend this bike.
Looks not bad in my eyes, what does the specialists think?

Engine and frame numbers match. There are a few things I would suggest are incorrect but they are minor - the panel light should be painted black as an example. But they certainly want plenty of money for it.

Re: 1933 VG at Yesterdays
A rare machine, let down by a few minor points, as Paul says, mainly the finish on a few parts that should be black, the style of tank paintwork is debatable. Front brake rod is a bit long and the rear brake arm is at a very ineffective angle not helped by the odd shape of the arm. At least the front brake rod is in the right place. Silencer brackets! Lower chainguard, speedo cable is broken, gear control rod should be straight, side battery strap should be turned round, strap screw is wrong, petrol pipe aaargh, ex lifter cable is the wrong way round. The fork damper knob is a very rare part as it only lasted one year being replaced by a large wing nut from 1934.
For that money I would expect perfection.
