Parts for sale in Dover area on Ebay.

This is a bit differant just over a week ago some leader parts were listed on Ebay with a £2 start the listing had no picture just a list of parts no longer wanted so in a red wine moment I placed a bid, next day it clicked the seller was trying to get around Ebay charges but had not stated the listing was for a washer etc
After a week I had won the listing so I sent a message asking what I had won for my £2 but got no reply then I sent a message ask what parts they had and how much ,still no reply so I sent yet another message asking for a reply still no joy.
If the seller is a member or some on knows them please inform them I am not trying to claim all the parts for £2 I just want to buy some if not all of the parts if the price is ok.
What are your thoughts on this.
