Does a drawing exist of the two brackets used on a 1928 Ariel for mounting the gas lamps?
Or does anyone have a decent photo?

They look the same as for gas lamps. Thanks.

Were they still selling gas lamps in 1928? The Lucas SS49 was certainly an option then.
cheers

I'm not at all bothered whether the 28 would or wouldn't have gas lamps. As Dave pointed out - lights were an extra and you could have what you wanted. Mine is getting gas lamps because I like them. Simple as that.
