Hi all. I have laced up the wheels on the Arrow. The factory manual shows the offset on the front wheel brake hub edge to rim edge, as 11/64", which equates to 4.37mm.
The rear is shown in relation to the centre of the chain sprocket, (2 3/4"), and the centre of the rim. This resulted in me attempting to measure this to the same pair of datum points, (wheel rim edge to brake plate edge), that involved a steel rule, kitchen work top and a vernier. Then a piece of paper with much adding, subtracting and squinting!
At the end, I made the rear around 5.7mm, BUT, my method was entirely unscientific, and I assume that theoretically it should be the same as the front. As the hubs are equal sided flanges, I'm guessing that the rims to hub spoke flanges should be central, and that the front measurement will give me that on both wheels.

Yes, rim should be central twixt the flanges.
