Speedo being centrally mounted would suggest it is a early WNG, but a lot can happen over 75+ years
That speedo still has it's WD seal, not many around like that.
Missing the upper toolbox, lower chainguard and bash plate, but those can be found having the right contacts in the AOMCC
Prop stand leg has small diameter, looks to be a DIY. Horn bracket....sigh..
CP has a speedo drive, possibly the box -or just the front part- got swapped during it's life.
Handlebar is propped in the clamps, should have two long halves fitted to bridge the 1"to 7/8" .
In all a very nice basis and .....those girder 350ies are the best Ariel to have !
