Hello
I’ve recently been given a number of NOS Lodge HN and 2 HN spark plugs, but am unsure of the difference between the two?
I wonder if anyone is able to advise me if either of these type plugs are suitable for my 1935 Ariel LH 250cc Red Hunter or even my 1959 BSA B31.
Many thanks for any information.

Re: Lodge spark plug
The Lodge HHN spark plug is suitable for most 1930s Ariels including Square Fours. I used them for years on my RH when it was fitted with the 350cc engine, most successfully. I also tried a 2HN plug which was less successful, leading me to wonder whether HHN and 2HN are in fact plugs to different specifications.
