I think that bearing looks OK - I don't think it'll move as much with the shims in place and everything tightened up (and I'm sure I've been OK with more 'wobble than that).
However, Drags might have new needle rollers....

Don't worry about rock on the clutch bearing, only up and down. The rock will be less when assembled. Virtually all fine threads on 4 strokes are Whitworth Fine almost always 26 tpi up to and including 7/16 and 20 above. There are a few BSF threads and a few finer threads on larger sizes. This includes Burman parts but not Lucas or Amal. CEI is usually quoted but most works drawings do not specify, only giving diameter and pitch, when a thread is stated it is usually Whitworth, occasionally CEI so I think they were a little confused.

Thanks all, got from another thread that it is 1/2 inch Whitworth 20 tpi.

Now to find a die....

That will be hard you may be better of with a thread file or a small triangular file to just dress the threads.
