Sorry to resurrect an old thread, though to be honest it is extremely useful, so coming to the top of the pile isn't a bad thing I think. I am rebuilding the wheels on the Arrow, and re-assembling the bearings/spacers etc. I had misunderstood about the short tube in the sprocket, but just twigged when I looked at Fig 93 in the factory manual, the large flange sticks out to the nearside. The only question I have, is do I just press the sprocket bearing in until it is flush? The hole for it is twice the thickness of the bearing!

Hmm, looking again at the factory picture, I think I was too hasty in my assumption, it actually it goes in all the way, I was imagining that it faced the other way.
