Guess I'll find out tomorrow. I've bought a new drill bit so hopefully I'll get through it. I'll keep the tyre a a spare

Got the hole in ok, good start.

Those horrible front nuts holding the rocker box down are easy with my alloy head as I can get a socket on them from below.

That should stop it falling off.

Hi Steven a good job are you going to do the kick start as well i wish i through of that when i rebuilt my gearbox in the lock down and i have got new a new kick start shaft and gear selector shaft as well from Geoff brown at the clubs gearbox spares i could have put them in the lave to drill and tap them if they are hard HAPPY NEW YEAR to you
