The piston out of my 1928 OHV 500 is stamped CY6LX, does anyone know suppliers or any other info.

try JP Pistons in South Australia. they supply a piston for a 28 model A B or will make to a pattern or sample. http://www.jp.com.au/JPPistons.html. My experience with them has been good, they will even supply a single ring out of a set. The Singles Spares of this club may also be able to help.

that number is a Polson ( Australian made. LX means low expansion). Do those pistons run the 1"" gudgeon same as the '30 models. Nev
