Wanted: Square 4

Post by Mark Nazer »

I’m a newbie to the forum and am not yet an Ariel OC member.
I’m after a square 4.
I really want one with a saddle rather than a dual seat. I don’t mind if it’s geared for a chair as it is my intention to fit one later on (I’m currently beginning a restoration of a couple of chairs).
It’s important that all the numbers are correct and the bike is registered and preferably in use.
I would prefer one that has had a recent engine rebuild by an experienced Sq 4 enthusiast, but would purchase one with a view to getting a professional rebuild if necessary.
Hope i’m not expecting too much?

Thanks for the tip off regarding Pembrokeshire Classics; unfortunately it’s a dual seat model. I’m in no rush and will keep looking for the right one.

Easy enough to replace the dualseat with a single saddle (the frames have all the lugs)....
