Clutch Cable VH with GB box

I need a clutch cable for my VH. drags are out of stock so I though I would make one as I need it this weekend. An adjuster on my gearbox but not on my handlebars. Before I make the inner too long or too short and get grumpy can someone tell me the difference between the inner and outer cables please. Thanks Neal

Meal, have you got the drags catalogue, all measurements are in there. If not I'll have a look.
