Marco,
I am sorry you have had to put the locking bolts in to prevent your handlebars from rotating in the rubber mounts. The fundamental problem is that the handlebar mounting rubbers sold in the UK over the past 25 years (at least) are the wrong shape. If you buy and fit a pair from Jiri Horice in the Czech Republic ( and fit the conical washers either side of them) the handlebars are held properly. The hole under your handlebars between the mountings should take a 2BA screw / bolt which prevents undue rotation of the bars as a last resort. This bolt has been in continuous use on my RH500 for many years now as it is fitted with the UK rubbers. On my Square, the Jiri Horice rubbers have made this bolt (which I have made and fitted) completely surplus.
I will do an article for Cheval on this when I find some time.

Thanks Paul, I know Jiri's website http://www.vintage-replica.cz/indexE.htm, i contacted him about the 8" headlight. I have now mounted the wrong MU42 . That will be a present for my Birthday and Sinterklaas end 2016.
Regarding the rubbers was unknown for me. Good point.

The bike is in its final stage. The Drilastic passenger seat is ready.
My friend Kees made last week a handle to drag the bike easier on the center stand.
To be able to bring something I bought a Hero Magnet M Agnello tank bag. This fits well on the rack and can be put firmly with the supplied strap. Mounting on the panel tank is not an option because there is a cap, speedometer, clock and oil pressure gauge in it that I want to keep seeing.

Last Sunday I fulfilled my promise to visit with my wife the previous owner when the bike is ready. The man and his wife were thrilled to see the motor back in restored state after exact four years.

The bike is running well over 646 km wothout any issue.
