On the subject of fork oil, any idea what the volume of oil required is? I've seen a figure of around 200cc mentioned for BSA A7, so a 1 litre bottle will be enough from dry ?

200ml is very close. Ariel state to fill the leg to between 17" and 18" from the top of the fork leg when the forks are fully extended.
