Most appropriate... as the only other bikes to use this size of tyre are Vincents!

I'll take it with me to the rally anyway.
I am sure I can find someone that can take it with him, that way it will be in the UK.
That saves you importing it from the EU > UK.
If all failes I think of another way

Avon tyres have a habit that the rubber cracks after about seven years.

I'm sure if you give it to Dave Owen at the rally we can find a good home for it over here Vincent. I gave exactly the same tyre to one of our local members only a few weeks ago to get his 39 OH back on the road. If its still soft, its useable IMHO.
