It’s for sale but no paperwork

Hi everyone

I’m looking at an Ariel for sale however it has a frame number
Of KS4794 and no paperwork it has an engine number on
But I’m worried the frame isn’t an Ariel frame?

Could anyone please advise it’s a 500cc with an engine number
Of pb 2371
There is another number starting with an A above but I can’t make it out. It’s a project for my dad for his 80th
