I have a pair of cam followers for the twin lobe cam. Obviously, they have been reground, and the faces look unsused. I took a picture from the side that looks the thinnest. Are they safe to use? Or should I get new ones (the club had new followers some years ago) or get them built up and reground?

Re: cam followers
These are always quite thin, they look OK to me, as long as they were hardened after grinding.
