Post by Terry.C. »

Hi all,
Does anyone have a torque figure for 1953 350cc NH cylinder head bolts?
Happy new year to everyone

No, there isn't one. Just reasonably tight, say 20-25 ft/lbs. Other views will be available!

Iron headd don't need re torquing if just Lapped properly. Solid copper gasket doesn't take up Much either. Sometimes oil leaks down under the heads of the Two bolts that are in the OIL inside the rocker covers. Careful remachining of the bolt surface in contact with the Head can alleviate that. Nev
