Tank and mudguard painters in north west UK?

The painter I used for several bikes over the years has packed up and I am planning another restoration starting in the new year, can anyone recommed a painter that could do a decent job on mudguards and tank, maybe some black gloss as well. It’s not a show bike but, there will be pin stripes!

Ideally in north west England.
