ARROW SEAT LOCATING CUPS. T2658
The 2 Stroke spares stock is down to its last 2 of these cups. Had a bit of a run lately on these.
Does anyone know of a company that can press these out ? I can get them machined up from alloy or even made in a 3D printer.
Thanks

Who owns and where is the die set that was used to make these samples?

Hi, It can't be that hard to make a tool to press them out. I made a tool to press the badge bezels out, it is in brass , so a bit easier pressure wise but I'd had no previous experience of making one. Also made the die for making the plastic suspension tops a few years ago, again no previous experience but got there in the end. Brian H.

Thanks for your suggestions but the price of making a tool and then making the parts is too expensive for the small number sold each year.
So, Ive had a go at 3D printing some prototypes. Not for the purist but they are very strong and work well. Ok they need a paint, but other than that they do the job.

Trev.
You are getting pretty handy with 3D printing.
Those seat cups look really good.
