Hello:
Here goes nothing. I was wondering if anyone had a sawed off field stand lug for a WNG. As several WNGs seemed to be post-war victims of the saw-saw that some member might have one lying around in the corner stash that they would sell. Welding a sawed off one back to my snub should be feasible with the right welding setup and protocol for malleable cast iron.
Fabricating one might be an option. I don’t have plans, but a fellow WD enthusiast in the UK helped with dimensions from his WNG. Are they plans anywhere? Appreciate any help or insight. Thanks.

Could be a steel forging rather than anything CI, but for a repair it's also worth considering brazing or silver soldering, as you're joining on a wide, flat face.
The original component was probably brazed to the frame, so you'd need to be mindful of the original brazing melting but silver solder would need less heat and might avoid that.
I expect you've seen the brief discussion here:

Sorry , can't help with anything else!

Thanks Simon! I realize there may be some issues with mating one to a stub; been researching that aspect a lot. I did see the post you mentioned. Wished I could get lucky like that fellow and find one complete to replace the snub.
