speedo holder from a early WNG, but I dont know if it is a early one.
Looks like a 8" headlamp.
Few things missing; lower chainguard, hinged toolbox, speedo, Altette is there ad says, lever party on the handlebar is from somewhere else.
That looks to be a 1"handlebar that should fit in one of those those rubber mouted top clamps, (ask Karol) but a lot can happen in 85 years.
But still a worthy subject to become used again
