Hi,
this summer I have finished a 4-valve Ariel "Racer".
Some pictures are attached.
The history of this project was simple. In 2007 I have bought a VH32 engine from Sweden as a spare engine for my VG32.
After rebuilding, because my VG32 is still in good shape, I have decided that it would be a ...

Re: Ariel 1928 front brake plate
Thanks to all.
Problem solved - I have ordered the plate from Draganfly as described there, received and already fitted.
It fits perfect.
Thanks again.
Best regards
Hristo

Ariel 1928 front brake plate
Hi,
I need a 1928 front brake plate and am a little bit confused.
In the Ariel 1928 Parts List is noted C14/5.
In the combined and illustrated Ariel Parts List 1926-1930 the brake plate is also C14/5 = 4080-26 and must fit all models 1926-1928.
But in Draganfly are listed 4080-26 for 1926-Model ...

Re: Spotted on Ebay - Early 30's Model E
If someone here buys this, I am interested to swap the 1932-frame with a 1930-frame.

Re: 2" exhaust pipes
Hi,
yesterday I have received my pipes, made for me by Armour.
Thanks for the good advise.
Yes, it took more time, but the praise was good, the quality too.
Best regards!

2" exhaust pipes
Hi,
Who can made for me a pair exhaust pipes for my Ariel VG32?
I can send pattern and drownings.
The tubes must have 2" outer diameter ( 51mm x 1.5mm).
Unfortunately 2" is a very rare diameter for motorcycle pipes.
Best regards
Hristo
P.S. Drag and Feked did not have such pipes.

Re: Cheval and delivery to Europe
No charges and duties for me. I am in Bulgaria.
I think, there will be no charges and no duties in whole EU, because the Cheval is no trading good.
It has no price and for better understanding a question - who pays charges and duties for received Christmas greetings? No one!
I thing (not sure ...

The valve lifter lever on this SG32 picture is a difference between SG32 and SG31 engines.

Celebrating 90 Years on the road
Hi,
today I (with my family) have celebrated the 90-th birthday of my Ariel (since dispatch).
A little trip in the near mountain and then back and beer.
Some photos.
Cheers!

Re: 32VH info
Exactly, that is why the only reason for the missing drive can be missing or wrong speedo. Speedo must be governor type till 100 mph - very rare!
