Magneto services and ACME Stainless Steel Parts

Post by keith.mettam »

Hi,
A further couple of other sites worth a mention for magneto parts etc. are :-
(1). Dave Lindsley (http://www.davelindsley.co.uk). Helpful quick parts service.
(2). Independent Ignition Supplies (http://www.magneto.co.uk). I found Mike very helpful, the service very efficient and the prices competitive.

If you are into stainless steel for nuts, bolts, washers, spacers etc. for your Ariel then as most people are aware through the club mag etc. ACME (http://www.acmestainless.co.uk/) are the firm. Both Sharron and Clay are very helpful and do their best to provide the bit you need. If it is 'Imperial' and they don't already make it then simply provide either your spec. or the old bolt etc. as a pattern and these guys will make it for you. An excellent firm that I dealt with over many weeks and cannot recommend highly enough !
