"Mainshaft, gear side", 1954 - 58, part no: 1150-35. - New or used in good condition.
Also lh thread nuts.

No John, it isn't the same. Look at the large end of the taper which goes into the flywheel. Yours has a step there which makes it the weaker type. The one wanted has no step which is the stronger Red Hunter type.

There are 3 versions of this shaft, one of them has the holes in a different position, check carefully before use!
