I believe the original guard on my FH has clips to allow the cable to sit in the rib. There's a gap over the connection bridge for the cable to go through.

Hi Johnny

Yes I have kept the break in the loom to allow the rear section of the mudguard to be removed, hard wiring from the light to the break at the mudguard join and adding a dedicated earth running from the light to an earth collector point at the regulator.

Regards Mick

HI Mick and Simon my mudguard has not got clips to run the wiring under the mudguard i will have to weld some on it to fix the wire to and is the joint in the wiring under the mudguard :?: my wiring was just run from the back of the light into the mudguard then across to the frame where the shocks mount and along the top of the frame and it look like a right bodge :( :? thank you for your posts and KEEP SAFE
