Badges & dimensions

Can some very kind person give me the dimensions ( in mm ) of the 2 badges on the front shield, the 'slanted' 'LEADER' badge & the 'ARIEL' one in the
front centre,
The 'LEADER' one, overall length x height, PLUS the 2 diagonals, & the 'ARIEL' one, length x height.
My machine is missing them so I have to make my own.
Another, the length of the tube of the front stand, is it 1 or 2 tubes?
Also, that 'frame' behind the seat, is is some sort of carrier?? If so, how does that work then?? They don't seem to be available either, so dimensions
of that will also be handy as well, thanks in advance.

Hello,
Attached a picture with measures of the front stand. It's one I made for my Leader - it's a copy of the original but using metric tubing.
The end of the tubes and the 30 cm mark on the tape all line up with the gap in the table top.
If you get no reply re the badges I'll send pictures of them + measurements.
Drags sell the badges and the badge bezels but they are quite expensive-- the club regalia also have them and I think they are a lot less.
I have a tubular carrier on my bike because it carries tents etc better than the original cast one.

Out of interest, how does the front stand work? I guess that plate is bolted under the engine?

Well thanks to Brian above, I cobbled up this version, only difference is that I angled the pin down a bit more, it makes for a nice firm, assembly when
working on the lump on the bench!

That's an interesting picture - every day is a school day.
I must get around to buying one of these 2 strokes!

Hi , The angle looks OK, some of the stands I have seen have bent /twisted at the bracket due to the foot slipping on a slippery base/ painted garage floor. I use a rubber disc under the foot to give a bit more grip. It's possible to start with the engine on the front stand and centre stand and building the bike around them, in fact it may be easier this way.
Brian H. ps I'll take pictures of the badges and send them soon.

Attached the badges with the ARIEL badge bezel-which has two lugs on the underside/back to attach the badge to the front shield.
The cast LEADER badge is around 1m/m shorter on the centre to centre distance of the holes -- it seems to have shrunk in the re manufacture to a casting from the plastic original.

The club regalia spares have the ARIEL badge and bezels in stock or did have.

This is my version of an engine stand which I used when re-building the Leader!

Evening Foxy,
That's a very effective stand for the engine, much better than my wooden blocks. Nice piece of work.
