What a lovely machine!! I think the Magneto chain cover is from a later model and wrong for this year. I'am also not sure about the primary cover which must be aluminium for the Red Hunter models instead of the iron one used for the cheaper models. For the rest it looks realy great in my opinion!

Lovely isn't it, although some will be getting excited about the front brake rod being outside the mudguard stay!

Ah! that must be me !
Apart from that, the restorer had a hard time figuring out what to do with the rear brackets.
In the end he made up a short bracket to get the carrier mounted.....

However all in all a nice machine, and a 250, which is not a common sight...
