kick start for sturmey box
I am after a decent kickstart lever for a model A with sturmey archer gearbox I have a few bits to swap or I can buy,is there anybody who can help please .Many thanks Andy.

G,Day Nev,its a cotter.Its a straight kickstart, most sturmey ones I have seen have a curl in them,I will try and get a photo to post. thanks for your reply.have a good day.

Hi Nev,I have found a photo of the kickstart in the black ariel book,it is 7 inches overall length.

Hi Adrie it is 3/4 of an inch about 19mm

I have a nos but is 16.2mm, you can't size it up, only grind the axel down, that would be good if the axel is badly worn.

Hi Adrie,the axel is ok, it would be a shame to have to grind it,I will try the old one and see how it goes,I will keep looking for one.Many thanks.

Some triumphs also had a straight arm and cotter pin arrangement.
