1955 KH Engine Sprocket

I am in the process of building up a basket case 1955 KH. I am about to fit the engine in the frame and commence building up the primary drive etc. I do not have an engine sprocket at present. The parts list has 2 sprockets listed with either 21 teeth or 19 teeth. Draganfly list 3 sprockets with 18, 21 and 24 teeth. Which sprocket would be best for normal solo use?

I can help you with a 23 sprocket with innerbush and slip from FH-KH?.
