Complete inner and outer Primary Chaincase, with clutch dome, for 56 onwards swing arm single (alloy hub and FERC). A bit untidy, but straight and in fair condition, although the clutch dome is a bit knocked about and a tad rusty. I picked it up when looking for spares for my KH, as it was too good to miss at £60. I'm happy to move it on for the same price, plus postage. Pictures available if you e-mail me.

Hi.
I have found what looks like the same. Are the casting numbers E9/3436 for the inner and E9/3000 for the outer?

Hi Charlie, Numbers are as follows:-
Inner chaincase E9/3436
Outer chaincase E9/3001
According to Peter Kemp, the inner is from 1956 onwards and for a single (VH/NH/VB), and the outer is from 1954 until the end of production on all swinging arm Ariels.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
John.

Just a note to advise that the chaincases have now been sold.
Thanks for the interest.
