This bike is the best example I have seen that demonstrates the interchangeability of Ariel parts across the years. It has parts from 1929 up to 1954, I have never before see such a mixture. The frame is XF (1937) but I cannot read the number and when asked the seller just said the frame is 1937 and the engine is 1929 - well the bottom end is.
