After hounding my mate who bought this machine and had made green with envy I managed to twist his arm till he finally sold it me at the a very reasonable price
I love it to bits.
The small amount of information I have on it is...
It came from the family of a guy who passed away with no v5 or reg number
It was built solely for hill climbing
It had a blank in instead of a speedo drive
It had no valve lifter
Its has alloy rims. mudguards
A tank that fits but wrong one
It had a magneto on that only produced a spark no battery power
It has a huge amal carb on and a inline car filter on
The guy had rode it to a Haughton tower hill climb had a plate on. The legal brake light and horn operated from a wasted battery system it has a Y starting on the frame number so its 33 34 or 35
I dont have the funds to make it original yet
But im going to try to put it on the road as it is maybe change the carb. Sort the speedo drive and valve lifter
Im wondering how to look for the plate if which is the most likely scenario go through the process of a age related plate. Im going to visit the guy my friend bought it off and see where I go
Im afraid I might need some help on information I do not know from you guys. Please be patient with me. Iv had many japs. But my brotish knowledge is sparse

It looks like an interesting project. With the engine and frame numbers we can identify the year, model and original specification.

Send me a PM, email, or post me a letter Rick.

Sorting out registration is very straightforward.
