S4 Crankshaft nuts

Hello All,
Finally ( after 2 years on the bench) assembling my 57 Mk11 engine, the crankcase is assembled, but I have a question, how tight should the large nuts on the ends of the crankshafts be? I havent found any reference to this, I have the Waller book, plus scoured whatever I can find but nothing so far. Also, would you use thread locker on the threads? I have also read conflicting information on the crankshaft end floats. Right now I have 0.003” front and back and the crankshafts spin freely. Dragonfly state 0.005” on the rear crank so not sure which way to go.
