GARAGE FIND LEADER FOR SALE: NEEDS A LOT OF WORK

Here we have a Leader, from the estate of a former member, Mr Scraggs, which suffered some superficial damage back in 1987/88 during the great storm. The flooded road, caused it to be dropped, damaging the front scuttle panel, headlamp and fottpegs, along with brake and gear lever. Been in the garage ever since.
It has been the subject of a little tinkering, as the chain guard and seat are missing.
The engine was turning over but is now stuck. Possibly glued together with old 2 stroke oil. It was running after the accident.
The frame looks to be ok but if neccessary, a replacement frame is available, along with many other parts at extra cost if required.
It comes with side panniers with lids! Frame No T19635-B Engine No T18620-T 1962 MODEL
