Having spent the last couple of hours cleaning the Sturmey Archer clutch from the Model A, I need to turn my attention to the Ferodo plates.
Unsurprisingly they are a bit oily. Are there any recommendations on solvents to use to clean them up? There's lots of life left in them...

EuroCarParts do large aerosols for about £3. Cheapest I could find.

Brake cleaner is available as a liquid as well as in aerosols, it goes further if used carefully. I think I have a bottle of the Wurth stuff. Only going to be from better auto factors, you might have to shop around.
