56 HS MK1 - Low swept exhaust

Does anyone have any knowledge or pics of a low swept exhaust on an HS MK I other than on resto’s?
Looking at my bike’s info, it was ordered with one from factory.
All pics I’ve seen, with the exception of the HT Scrambler, have the expected high level version.
As it was a MK I, for the cam to come ‘on song’ I am assuming it can’t have had a silencer fitted…!?
