Need more clues as there 150+ 1951 VH listed on the register, 50 of them in the UK.
Roger Gwynn, Membership Secretary, curator of the Machine Register and the works drawings. Director of Draganfly Motorcycles, Craven Equipment and Supreme Motorcycles mostly retired.

Ah, something wrong there, I should have looked at the picture! Same answer though too little info. Tylney Garage in Halstead doesn't have any internet presence, not even on Google maps but they exist at 24 First Avenue, Halstead, CO9 2EX. Listed as an MOT station 01787 472 183
