Anyone know what this is?

I have this head and barrel with an oddly angled spark plug. Does anyone know what it is?

The cylinder is 23-52, the head is 35-52 as fitted to 1952-53 VHA and VCH machines.

What do you mean by 23-52 and 35-52? Are they years? Thanks very much Roger

No, they are the spares numbers, the years are 1952-53, the suffix of the number is the year the part was introduced (usually)
