I see the single spares position is still vacant.
Anyone know where I can buy a spacer for the footrest part number 5385-29
I have a 54 rigid 350 here needing work and of course the spacer is missing.

Looking on Drags website, that looks like the tubular spacer that sits between the engine plates to prevent them crushing when you tighten the nuts on the end of the footrest bar? I would buy a suitable piece of tube off Ebay, cut to length, paint as needed (or buy stainless) and then off you go. I'd think its 1/2" ID (to match the outside diameter of the footrest bar.

Often left out and the Engine plates get all distorted. It's not visible when all bolted up, Doesn't need to be a good fit on the long stud. 26 tpi British cycle threaded and must be tight or the footrest can slip on it's taper when you hit a bump. Nev
