Hi All, apologies if this post is repeated...... Can anyone help me download a Gearbox Spares List from the Spares page?

All I get is "file cannot be downloaded securely"

I contacted Simon who suggested turning down/off security for a minute just to download this file but that just momentarily changed things to "authorisation needed", but as I am in the Members Area and logged in I should surely have authorisation? Now back to "cannot download file securely" so none the wiser. Any suggestions? Cheers Bob C

It sounds remarkably like an issue with your browser. Where did the
"authorisation needed" message come from? Was it the website or
your browser/operating system?

Which gearbox listing are you after?

Bob - you might need to re-authorise (ie sign in again), it can be a bit sensitive. (The base platform got upgraded by the hosting providers a month or so ago and there are definitely new 'security features' in play, although nobody's bothered to tell us anything.)
Anyway, I've just emailed the latest gearbox list (hopefully you can get at email attachments) - and changed you to a 'red name' so we all know you're a Club member. Hope you've not been trying to go incognito!
