I took it apart . The pilot jet is feed by a tunnel in the float bowl . Where is breaks though into the bowl itself the hole was smaller than the rest of the tunnel . Just drilled it out . The jet wasn't drilled to the same diameter all the way though. The top end ie the side with the tread was smaller I drilled it that end to open it it . After that it worked perfectly.
