can someone educate me on a NORR model, never heard of such before?

NORR stands for Netherlands Organisation for Relief and Rehabilitation.
During the second half of 1945 the Dutch government in exile in London bought around 400 model NG from the factory to aid the reconstruction of the Netherlands.
Some of them are still in use and some of them turn up now and then, like this one.
The one I have was used by a man that had the task to document the damages in the harbor of Rotterdam after the Germans left.
(they blew up virtually all harbor facilities.)
I got it from his daughter.
Almost a 1939 model with panel tank with a PA speedo. except for a small headlamp, 6" front brake with a bung in the hole for the speedo drive and a WD style wingnut on the toolbox.
And -ofcourse- the so called 'high ground' clearance frame from the WD model WNG
