Love the balance pan, mine was some brazing rod with a hook on the end and my folding table is now the bench for my bead blaster. The numbers you have seem to be average from all accounts to a piece I read from an American crank re-builder that cited a number of Ariel cranks he had measured were between 57 to 62% well done.
